Due to factors beyond our control, the hydraulics of the Kincrome Hydraulic Trolley Jack (Part No. P12110) may not lift or pump correctly. This problem has been caused due to the jack being stacked upside down and/or on its side whilst in transit, causing a airlock to form in the hydraulic ram. If you are experiencing problems, watch this video and/or follow the Trouble Shooting steps below. TROUBLE SHOOTING STEPS: 1) Tighten Valve (turn clockwise until tightened) 2) Give Jack a big shake with wheels facing ground, shake up & down for 1min to break-up air pocket. 3) Lift Black Saddle with your hand to a max height (full extension); hold wheels down with other hand, be careful. 4) Release the Saddle; it will now lower back to the base position. Mind fingers on wheels 5) Repeat lifting and releasing process (steps 3 & 4). 6) Lift Saddle again by hand and release, it should now lower to about 1/4 – 1/2 way down automatically. 7) If it does lower to 1/4 – 1/2 down, it should now work, begin to pump it up to max. height with handle. 8) Lower by opening Valve (anti-clockwise), now re- tighten after it has reached base position. It is now working correctly. If you are unable to correct the problem, please call the Kincrome Customer Service Centre on 1300 657 528.
